Draco watched as the cat sat back on its haunches. Well, at least he hadn’t run off.
“Well, I’m starved myself,” Draco chatted to himself as well as the cat. “I suppose flight can wait while I fill my stomach. My guess,” he added, staring at Crookshanks, “is that you could do without my manhandling. If you’d like to get some tuna or chicken, it would be best to follow me back to the kitchen. BUt of course, you might be a man of the hunt. I wouldn’t want to keep you from such gory glory such as that. You are a predator, after all!”
Draco turns, walking swiftly toward the castle.
He narrowed his eyes again, if the looks could kill… Man of hunt? Was he blind as a bat or did he not notice he was a cat? His stomach growled at the mention of food. Crookshanks, being the spoiled cat he was, hunting was, by far, the last thing he wanted to do.
